Personable, warm Mrs. Clarkson shares how she has ministered to numerous people, most importantly her family, around her table with good food and meaningful conversations.
An inspiring book.
She addresses the issue of people viewing her as "ideal". She says that there is never a perfect time to begin a tradition or to begin one's ideals so why not just try them?!
I find her writing a bit wordy (my attention wanders off sometimes!!) but still enjoy her books and admire her perspective.
Every chapter has Bible verses to ponder and questions for contemplation. She also gives suggestions to implement. At the end of each chapter she also includes a couple of her favorite recipes.
