My seven year old son read this book to himself.
He liked how there were two stories intertwined.
Billy and Blaze try to teach Tommy and Dusty how to jump.  It is, however, during a thunderstorm that Dusty learns to jump!
Guided Reading Level: M (end of 2nd grade/beginning of 3rd grade)
*Highly recommend.
