In verse form, Ms. Brown shows the animals enjoying the warmth of the barn during the late autumn and early winter months.
Very cozy!
I love, love the illustrations by Mr. Pinkney.  The barn layout, however, is quite old-fashion and quaint, not your typical modern barn or farm!
