Waiting for Winter by Sebastian Meschenmoser

Deer tells Squirrel about snow.  Squirrel, hedgehog and bear are usually sleeping when it snows so they have no way of identifying it.  All they know is that it is white, wet, cold and soft.  So they wait.  Readers will giggle when they see the animals'  misinterpretations!
The animal expressions are funny.
