Nabeel Qureshi, a Muslim devoted to Islam, shares how as he delves into his faith of Islam, he discovers that Jesus is the key to his salvation.
The book is divided into sections which reveal Mr. Qureshi's systemic approach to studying and learning in depth about Islam, Muhammad, Christianity and Christ. Muslim and Islamic terms and words are defined on the page they are utilized and a glossary provides an additional reference.
Each chapter is not long and is written in such an engaging manner that the reader will be surprised how quickly one can proceed through the book (although to fully appreciate the book, the topics covered require some thinking and reflection). Mr Qureshi, whose intelligence is apparent, shares his questions and reasoning in way that the average person can understand.
As I read this book, I thought more about effective witnessing and the importance of being able to defend my faith in unbiased, logical manner. The book also reveals how God loves each individual and uniquely pursues people. I also appreciated the opportunity to gain a better understanding of Muslims and Islam. Very informative and interesting.
At the end the reader will find the "expert contributions" appendix interesting. Here various individuals who contributed to Mr. Qureshi's book share their insights on specific topics. One contributing expert my husband had as a professor in seminary and said he was an outstanding professor and individual.
Sadly, Mr. Qureshi passed away on September 16, 2017 from stomach cancer.
**Highly, highly recommend. This book would be a great one to share with high school and college students.
