Yak and Dove by Kylo Maclear illustrated by Esme Shapiro

Yak and Dove part ways when they realize they are so different.  Yak holds an audition for a friend but discovers that even though he and Dove are completely opposite, they can still be friends.
The writing is set up perfectly for Reader's Theater (each character's words are different font and there is no narration).
