Drowned City Hurricane Katrina and New Orleans by Don Brown

In his well-know graphic novel style, Mr. Brown portrays the gradual formation of Hurricane Katrrina and its horrific aftereffects.  His portrayal of the city and its suffering people is powerful.
President George W. Bush is not depicted in a favorable light.
Although this book is short, it is more suited for older readers (junior high or older) because of the content.  The library system has it labeled as "young adult".
